One Bedroom Apartments
Our One Bedroom Apartments are located on the ground floor of the main building. All three units have fully equipped kitchens. Step out of the rooms on to a large patio bordered with fruit trees and a variety of palms and ferns. They each have their own table with umbrella and gas grill. The rate for these units range from $145 to $165 a night plus tax. These prices are based on double occupancy (2 adults and 2 children under 13 years of age).
Unit #11 The Mutton Snapper has two double beds and a bit of a water view from the bed-room. In the kitchen/living area there is a futon that converts to a double bed.
Unit #12 The Yellowtail has a filtered water view from the kitchen window and a back door that will lead you out past banana trees towards the pool. In the bedroom are two double beds and a futon that converts to a double bed.
Unit #13 The Mahi Mahi has two double beds in the bedroom. In the kitchen/living area there is a futon that converts to a double bed.
The three efficiencies we have to choose from are all located in the guest building. They have fully equipped kitchens and are quite unique from one another. The prices are based on double occupancy. (2 adults and 2 children under 13 years of age). Units #15 and #18 king efficiencies are best suited for couples.
Unit #15 The White Heron is on the ground floor; it has a king size bed and its own table on the covered patio. The rate for this room ranges from Change to $135 to $155 a night plus tax.
Unit #17 The Stone Crab is our most popular efficiency. It has a queen bed, a double bed and a great view! The balcony outside this efficiency has a table with an umbrella and gas grill. The rate for this room ranges from Change to $155 to $175 a night plus tax.
Unit #18 The Blue and Gold Macaw is also high on the popularity list with our guests. It has a king size bed. Relax and enjoy the view out on the balcony at your own private table with umbrella and gas grill. The rate for this room ranges from
$155 to $175 a night plus tax.
We have three two bedroom apartments to choose from, all of them are located in the Guest Building and have fully equipped kitchens and central air conditioning. The prices are based on 4 adults and 2 children under 13 years of age.
Unit #14 The Scarlet Macaw is located on the first floor; it has a queen bed in one room, a queen bed and a double bed in the other room and a futon that converts to a double bed in the living area. Right outside the door, under the covered patio is a table and chairs and just a few steps further is another patio equipped with a gas grill. The rate for this room ranges from $179 to $199 a night plus tax.
Unit #16 The Lobster is located on the first floor; it has a queen bed in one room, a queen bed and a double bed in the other room and a futon that converts to a double bed in the living area. There is a table and chairs right outside the door under the covered patio and it is also close to the patio with a grill. The rate for this room ranges from $179 to $199 a night plus tax.
Unit # 19 The Pelican our most popular two bedroom apartment. There is a king size bed in one room and a queen size bed in the other room. There are two futons that convert to double beds in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen plus a bath and a half. This room is located on the second floor of the guest building with a great view facing towards the pool and the Gulf and has its own table with an umbrella and a grill. The rate for this room ranges from $210 to $230 a night plus tax.
We have two Guest Rooms perfect for an escape with a budget in mind. They are located on the second floor of the guest building and are adjacent to a large deck that faces towards the aviaries and the landscape. These prices are based on double occupancy (2 adults and 2 children under 13 years of age).
Unit #20 The Sea Turtle has 2 double beds, refrigerator and a microwave. The rate for this room ranges from $115 to $130 a night plus tax.
Unit #21 The Iguana has a queen bed and a double bed, refrigerator and a microwave. The rate for this room ranges from $118 to $133 a night plus tax.
